I came across this article from Inquirer.net about curious diplomats from the European Union who, after having watched and moved (or shocked) by the critically acclaimed and award-winning film “Tribu” by journalist-filmmaker Jim Libiran, paid a visit to Tondo and see for themselves the lives of people and the place where the digital film was shot.
