I signed up for PayPal a few weeks ago and was excited to try whether the transferring of PayPal balances to a VISA Credit Card would work. So with a measly $28 in my account, I tried transferring $20 to my HSBC VISA Credit Card. And within 3 days, the money was posted to my credit card statement. Wo0T!
