Maybe we can find it somewhere in chinatown. Actually, all my friends who work as OFW's here are using Burberry, Giorgo Armani, Lancome, Marc Jacobs, Fendi. I used Hanae Mori Paris, Lolita Lempika and Juicy Couture. One thing is don't look down us as OFW's, if not for us sure the Philippine economy will zoom down. If you think you are intellectually and ellite enough to insult OFW's maybe you are hallucinating. Better stretch fat ass so you will able to fit in plane seat and stretch your brain so you'll be able to understand the importance of OFW's in your native land. Buy your own plane so that no OFW's will bother and annoy you. If you think your article is hillarious you are such a stupid crazy bitch. If i were a relative of an OFW"s i will NOT buy any magazine's containing your articles and pictures. Junk should be in a garbage! As a Filipino who's about to take up a career overseas, I am saddened how some of our compatriots continue to misunderstand the plight of fellow OFW's, intentional or not. I feel that Ms. Fernandez's article have somewhat demoralized me. My excitement has somehow dampened by the thought of how other people will now think of what I am about to do. I hope that everybody can just learn the act of apathy towards situations like these and move on. This is really sad indeed. Tip to Malu: the next time you take Coach Class from Manila to Athens and your olfactory nerves are violated by people who you feel are beneath you, do NOT bitch and write about it. Rather, grin, bear it, and immediately take a sleeping pill! Remember everyone, you can be First Class even if you’re traveling Coach. One’s class is not shown by the seat one purchases on an airplane. It is shown by how a person respects other people.
