Surgery for a canister stuck in the anus on YouTube. This is an actual surgery done at Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center (VSMMC), Cebu City, Philippines where some people in the operating room took video footage of the operation and upload it to YouTube. The operation was performed to extract a perfume canister stuck in the anus of a 39-year-old homosexual during a sexual act.
