Ever since PinoyRak started blogging about PTCs (Paid to Click Sites), I have also started looking around for good ones that really pay.  Admittedly, PTCs make very little money if you have no downline or referrals from your referral links.  I’ve tried a few sites and what really amazes me is that some one them do give a payout of as little as 2 cents!
