The most pathetic thing I’ve heard of all these things about the NBN-ZTE deal so far is the challenge of Malacañang to put the alleged witnesses to the anomaly under a lie detector test (See Sunstar Manila Article) C’mon, how stupid do they think people are? Everyone knows (well, at least persons outside Malacañang) that a lie detector test is not a reliable test for determining whether someone is lying or not.
