What happened to this hill is a mystery to me. My only theory is that the hill is cut so that they could get clay being used for pottery. Pottery is one of the most famous, crafts in Ilocos Regions.
This shot is taken from a inside moving vehicle (our van), during our trip to visit my sister younger Angela in Philippine Science High School, Ilocos Sur.
