One of the government institutions regularly providing trainings and seminars on livelihood opportunities is the Technology and Livelihood Resource Center (TLRC). It was established in 1977 and has developed hundreds of livelihood courses since then. According to their website, these courses have been attended by as many as 11,000 already. Read on here.
