The Malunggay fruit undoubtedly is an aphrodisiac that really works on both gender and good source of energy due to fatigue caused by explosive sexual activity. The saute or ginisa ( Philippine foremost dish) is the simplest way to achieve the secret of Malunggay fruit, locally known in other provinces as “Hagod”. It is necessary that the Malunggay should be cooked without mixture of other local vegetables. It also helps to increase the sperm count of sterile man. The Malunggay effect is not so intense, it is mild but noticeable.
