PinoyCentric.com–a big fan of everything Pinoy, including Philippine theater–is sponsoring 10 bloggers on a walking tour of the new PETA (Philippine Educational Theater Association) Center in Quezon City and a matinee show of “Batang Rizal” on August 25, Saturday.

The one-hour walkthrough of the PETA building, starting at 1:30 p.m., will give the participants an idea of how a theater production is run and what happens backstage. They will see how all the elements involved meld into a complete theater experience. At 3 p.m., the group will watch a performance of PETA’s current production, “Batang Rizal”.
