I was browsing several ads in ebay.ph when I encountered an ad saying this:

You agree that we may be able to sell items outside eBay. This is IMPORTANT. We want to sell, but at bid’s end, it is possible that we may have ran out of stocks. If we can/have, we will just offer alternate product/s OR just contact you if/when stocks are available again.

I think that clause is unfair. Especially when this paragraph appears before it:

Once you bid, you are entering a legal agreement. Do NOT bid if you do not intend to pay for the item or accept our terms. Be reminded that by free wheeling and irresponsible bidding, you may outbid real and serious bidders. Read our posts and details carefully before asking and BEFORE bidding. Avoid BID NOW then ASK AFTERWARDS modus operandi.

I don’t know the seller. But he seems to see only his side.
