Recently, Pandora has opened its service to non-US users through GlobalPandora. Unfortunately, due to the overwhelming hits maybe, they had several server glitches, to a point where GlobalPandora has also closed for international users. Good thing, we can find alternatives to this site - through internet social radios and music community. I provided a list of these sites.
