Definition of recent here being in the last 10 months or so. The list is mostly in alphabetical order.
A Scanner Darkly by Phillip K. Dick – It’s quite good but, admittedly, I reread a few parts because they flew over my head. It’s very bleak and the inevitable conclusion was a strange mix of depressing and slightly hopeful. I like the surreal mindfuck feel going through out the novel, and I’m curious about movie version.
