Tempura Japanese Grill at the Northwing of SM Cebu opened a few months back. Fedge, one of the Pakalistas, raved about the food despite his misgivings of the restaurant’s policy of not allowing customers to take photos of the food. It was a major HELLO? moment. If you pay for food in a restaurant, doesn’t that make you the owner of such food and therefore free to do whatever you want with it? So it wasn’t okay to take photos of the food within the restaurant, but it’s okay if you take photos of the food if you take it home? The restaurant’s policy should really make sense.
Despite this illogical policy (which did not deter Fedge at all), the Pakalistas would still recommend Tempura Japanese Grill. It is definitely one of the best Japanese restaurants in Cebu.
P.S. Do check out another post in DiningCebu.com about Fedge’s food trip in Tokyo, Japan. Arigato!
