DJ Tiesto last friday was phenomenal. The light show was great! The venue was amazing. We were basically within the walls of a fortress/dungeon but it was open air. We didn’t take any photos since I didn’t bring my camera with me and my friend’s camera was stolen by someone from his pocket while we were coming inside the venue.
This year’s theme for the Kadayawan – Nagkahiusang Katilingban Bisan Asa sa Kalibutan (One People Anywhere in the World) – is a tribute to Davaoenos here and abroad.
The thankgiving festival on August 14-20 will feature the usual activities, including the much awaited streetdancing and floral float parade.
In addition, as many as eight schools will hold reunions for their graduates particulalry enticing those working and living abroad to come home for the festivities.
It’s France versus Italy in the World Cup finals.
I pick France to win in Berlin on Sunday.
It’s only the 60th Philippine Independence, that’s the real date and what the history tells us, why change? Read and be enlightened.

I was able to drop by the National Cosplay Competition 2006 site earlier to see the contestants. Wow, they looked great! I want to see them in person but I’m not sure I’ll be able to attend the “Judgment Day”.
I thought of posting my Fave 10 but there were a lot of good ones, that I ended up with 20.
If I remember correctly, there were four front bands. They alone were worth the entrance fee already. They were all good. I was impressed. I enjoyed their music even though I haven’t heard those songs before. AND THEN CAME QUESO.

I had a lot of time to kill before picking up my daughters at their dorm yesterday. I knew about the Fil Negosyo Expo 2006 at the 5th floor Megatrade Hall, SM Megamall starting on June 23 till July 2, 2006 . My curiosity got the better of me. What are the latest small business ventures that one can enter to these days? I wanted to see if some existing businesses could complement my ecommerce plans.
