Engine trouble hits SuperFerry 12

MANILA, Philippines—A passenger ferry from Cebu carrying 783 passengers and crew arrived safely at the Manila port at around noon Wednesday after experiencing engine trouble off Batangas, said the Philippine Coast Guard.
