now a days people are now too bussy with their work
every single minute, hours and days are very important
sometimes they even forget to feed their selves just a sip of coffee…
wahlah! their full!

why is it like that? would they mind spend some a little time for their selves…and take a rest enjoy life and be with the family…spend quality time with them and spend it with God thanking Him for all the blessings they have…

and would they mind love their selves their family and GOD alone?
would they mind spend a little time to meditate to relax and just simply hear the voice of a sweet little child who’s saying: “WOULD YOU MIND LOVING ME?” take time with me and your self…..;o)

One Spring morning, my kids and I were frantically searching for Ryland’s library book. I was already running late for work. I remembered the night before that it was library day and had planned to put the book in his backpack before I went to bed. But I got sidetracked on the internet and forgot about it. It turned out that the book was not in the drawer where he usually kept it. It has been misplaced. I could have turned the house upside down and found it that morning but I didn’t want to miss my bus. So I told his brothers to help him find it and if they didn’t, Ryland would just have to apologize to the librarian and he would return the book the following day when we find it.

I felt guilty as I rode my bus that morning. As route number 11 ran along Henderson Highway, I thought to myself, this is the reason I have decided to work from home. To avoid the morning rush, dragging the kids out of bed at 6:00, rushing them with breakfast, rushing them to get dressed. C’mon let’s go. I’ll miss the bus. I’ll be late for work.

Many of us would be haunted by memories of our dearly departed love ones. Articles in our home & just about any little thing triggers flash backs of happy moments we shared with them while they were yet alive.
What gift….

I’m looking for a feed reader that’ll display posts LiveJournal style. If you’re familiar with LJ, I’m talking about the friends page where all posts made by your friends are listed like they were all in one multi-user blog.

I’ve checked out Bloglines and NewsGator, but they sort everything by feed, and then by date. I’ve tried using Thunderbird to aggregate my feeds, but the load time frustrates me. I’ve thought of using some WordPress plugins to put all the feeds I read on one page, but that raises some other problems. For one thing, I don’t want that page to be indexed by search engines, lest I be accused of plagiarizing others to increase traffic to my own site.

So, does anybody have a suggestion? If you do, can you show me an example of that piece of software in action? I’ve got so many blogs to read, but I don’t want to load up a tab or window for every single page. Help me, please!

Believe it or not, this is one of my favorite Manila street foods that’s also available in New York; more specifically, down in Mott Street in Chinatown. However, I rarely had one, because we would go to Chinatown for lunch or dinner. When finished, I’d be too stuffed to even think of having a bowl of taho.

I took this picture one early morning by the Welcome Rotunda at Quezon Avenue; it marks the boundary between Manila and Quezon City. I was there scouting for a shot I could take and submit as an entry to a photo contest sponsored by Quezon City cultural affairs office. And then this taho vendor passed by.

I am one satisfied guest of Swissotel Nankai, the hotel we were billeted in for four days in Osaka, Japan. Swissotel is a five-star establishment, but it’s not the most opulent hotel I’ve ever had the fortune of staying in (that would be Ritz-Carlton in Seoul, so far). I’m not even sure if its amenities are par for the course in the high-end hospitality industry of first-world Japan. But for the four days I stayed there, Swissotel surprised me with little touches that convinced me they had thought long and hard about how to please their guests and make their stay as comfy as possible.
